An online HYBRID course that is designed to bring the authentic, well designed, and our 17 years expertise of teaching yoga and ayurveda to you in the form of Yoga TTC 200 and a Special addition course for advanced students.

Our course provides you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and insight to become an influential yoga teacher, even through an online platform.

You can try our conceptual yoga class on the Zoom Platform anytime for getting an insight into our teachings.

Our online yoga TTC would be conducted as live class weekends on Zoom, Livestream practice hours with keen adjustments and alignments, pre-recorded video back up to understand the discussed topic, PDF, and E-book.

Along with that, students have a facility to have studio experience of learning and teaching can do 35 Hours in an immersion 3 days course either in Budapest.

Module 4. Yoga therapy foundations with food and spine class sequences

  • Yoga therapy and diet

  • Common diseases and yoga effectiveness include first basic 8 common ailments.

  • Introduction to Ayurveda, Prakriti, tri doshas, Vata, pitta and kapha, Sapta dhatus and up dhatus

  • Yoga diet, Rituals of eating, Qualities of foods, Six tastes, six seasons and effect on Doshas. The common ailments and their cure are discussed.

Module 5- Yoga psychology and stress reduction sequence.

  • Yoga Physiology and Psychology

  • Yoga physiology, Chakras, nadis.

  • Kundalini and its Hazards of wrong activation.

  • Koshas and senses.

  • States of mind, affliction,

  • Motivation, memory, cognition and emotion from the point of Yoga and Modern aspects. Sleep, depression, anxiety, Macro and micro cosmic, subtle energies, powers of mind, Spiritualism.

Module 6. Meditation and Restorative sequence (YIN)

Hours division and Assessment

1. The course includes 100 hours of live teaching hours on zoom, here we practice and do theories in anatomy and philosophy on an interactive way.

2. 50 hours of home practice and learning videos that you can learn at your pace and time.

3. 40 hours of live evening classes again on zoom to learn the skills of teaching and build your practice. Normally these can be done on weekdays, it depends on schedule and you can join on your pace.

4. 10 hours of exam and teaching practice.

5. Those students who wish and want to travel to Budapest, we offer 3 days of intensive immersion to our online students on revising the course in Budapest, in the month of December.  It is completely FREE, there is no tuition fee charged for immersion, (Boarding, meals, and traveling are not included.)
